1. Scope of services
These Terms govern grooming and barber services booked via itacadeemy.com: haircuts, beard shaping, shaving, styling and related care. All services are cosmetic, not medical or therapeutic, and no health outcome is promised.

3. Prices and pre-service information
Prices in UAH, package contents, duration and the complaint procedure are shown before you confirm a booking, as required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII. Fixed packages cover only the listed items.
4. Promotions and package validity
Promotional offers are valid while displayed and within the stated period. A package is personal, valid for the indicated number of visits and expiry date, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Cancellation and no-show
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit a prepaid deposit or one package visit.
6. Payment
Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Card payments are handled by a payment provider; we do not store full card details.
7. Personal data and cookies
Booking requires your name and phone number, processed on the basis of your consent under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Non-essential cookies and trackers that process personal data are used only after prior notice and consent, under the same law.
8. Advertising and language
Commercial communications are accurate, identifiable as advertising where required, and do not mislead about services, prices or results (Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР). Service information is also available in Ukrainian under Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII.
9. Liability, complaints and changes
We are not liable for outcomes caused by undisclosed skin conditions or allergies; please inform your specialist. Complaints: contact@itacadeemy.com, answered within 10 business days. We may update these Terms; the version published here applies. Ukrainian law governs.
